Terms of service.

Effective September 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of medhealthfitness.ai and MedHealthFitness membership. By using the site or enrolling as a member, you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose.

What MedHealthFitness is

MedHealthFitness LLC is a coordination-only concierge health service headquartered in Orland Park, Illinois, serving members in all 50 states. We coordinate care between members and independently licensed physicians, pharmacies, coaches, and labs. We do not prescribe medication, we do not own or operate a pharmacy, and we do not employ the physicians members are matched with. Every clinical decision, including whether any medication is appropriate, belongs to the independent licensed physician you are matched with.

Nothing on this site, in the MedMap Assessment, or in the AI-drafted 90-day preview is medical advice. The preview is informational only. MedHealthFitness is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Eligibility and your responsibilities

Membership is for adults 18 and older in the United States. You agree to provide accurate information during intake and to direct all clinical questions to the independent licensed physician you are matched with. Because coordination depends on accurate information, incomplete or inaccurate intake responses can limit what we can do for you.

Fees and billing

MedHealthFitness charges a coordination fee, communicated to you before you enroll. Medications, labs, and clinical services are billed separately by the independent physicians, pharmacies, and labs that provide them. MHF takes no markup on medication. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

No guaranteed outcomes

Health outcomes depend on many factors we do not control, including clinical decisions made by independent physicians and your own participation. We commit to diligent, personal coordination. We do not guarantee weight loss, health improvements, or any other specific result.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedHealthFitness is not liable for the clinical care, prescribing decisions, products, or services of the independent physicians, pharmacies, labs, and other providers you are matched with. They are responsible for their own services under their own terms.

Ending membership

You can end your membership by contacting your coordinator. We may end a membership for misuse of the service or conduct that prevents us from coordinating effectively, and we will tell you why.

The content, design, and branding of medhealthfitness.ai belong to MedHealthFitness LLC. You are welcome to link to or cite this site with attribution.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If we change these terms, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Questions go to admin@medhealthfitness.ai or 708-966-9404.
