Privacy policy.

MedHealthFitness is a coordination-only concierge health service. Trust is the whole product, so we keep this policy short, honest, and in plain English. It covers medhealthfitness.ai and the services we coordinate.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, and the responses you provide in the MedMap Assessment or during consultations, which can include your goals, lifestyle, training history, and general health context. Information collected automatically: standard web server logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address and pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to run the service you asked for: responding to inquiries, scheduling, building your coordination plan, matching you with independent licensed physicians, pharmacies, coaches, and other providers, and following through on your care logistics. We also use it to improve how we operate. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When we share it

We share your information only as needed to coordinate your care with the independent physicians, pharmacies, coaches, and labs you are matched with, and only at your direction. Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting and scheduling tools, process limited data under their own terms. We may disclose information when the law requires it. Intake and health-related responses are treated as confidential and shared solely for coordination purposes.

Retention and security

We keep member information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Contact admin@medhealthfitness.ai or call 708-966-9404 and your coordinator will handle the request.

Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
