GLP-1 program coordination, without the conflict of interest.

Most GLP-1 programs are run by companies that profit from the prescription. MedHealthFitness is built the opposite way. We are a coordination-only service: we match you with an independent licensed physician and an independent pharmacy, then one named coordinator manages everything around them. We don't prescribe, we don't own a pharmacy, and we take no markup on medication. Our only revenue is the coordination itself, so the clinical decision stays exactly where it belongs.

How it works

  1. Start with the MedMap Assessment, a short intake covering your goals, history, medications, and lifestyle. A named coordinator reviews it personally within 48 hours.
  2. Your coordinator matches you with an independent licensed physician in your state and schedules baseline labs so the physician has real data, not just a questionnaire.
  3. The physician makes every clinical decision. Medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide are options that physician may consider if appropriate. If they recommend a different path, that stands.
  4. If a medication is prescribed, an independent pharmacy fills it at its own price. MedHealthFitness never touches the medication or its billing.
  5. Your coordinator runs the follow-through: dose check-in scheduling, lab re-testing, nutrition alignment, and training support, so progress doesn't depend on you chasing logistics.

Why the structure matters with GLP-1s

GLP-1 medications are effective enough that an entire industry now profits from keeping people on them. When the same company sells the consultation, employs the prescriber, and fills the prescription, staying on medication becomes the business model. A coordination-only structure removes that incentive. The physician deciding your care earns nothing extra by prescribing, and we earn nothing extra when they do. What you get is a program shaped around your labs and your goals rather than a fulfillment pipeline.

What coordination includes around the medication

A prescription alone is not a program. Members pairing a GLP-1 with our coordination get lab-informed nutrition planning built to protect muscle while weight comes down, remote personal training with resistance work matched to their body and schedule, and care navigation for everything logistical: records, referrals, scheduling, and follow-up. One coordinator holds the whole picture.

Who this is right for

People who want a GLP-1 program run around their own health data, with a human coordinator and independent clinical judgment, and who are wary of companies that profit from the prescription. It's not a fit for anyone seeking a guaranteed prescription, since no honest program can promise one, and it's not an emergency or acute-care service.

Frequently asked questions

Does MedHealthFitness prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide?

No. We never prescribe. Members are matched with independent licensed physicians, and every prescribing decision belongs entirely to that physician.

How is this different from telehealth GLP-1 companies?

They control the prescriber and the pharmacy, so their revenue depends on medication volume. Our revenue is a coordination fee. The physicians and pharmacies we match you with are independent, and we take no markup on medication.

What does it cost?

A coordination fee, quoted before you enroll during a free 15-minute consultation. Medication is billed separately by the independent pharmacy at its own price.

Is it available in my state?

Yes. We coordinate remotely with independently licensed physicians and pharmacies in all 50 states.

What if the physician says a GLP-1 isn't right for me?

That decision stands, and nothing about our fee changes because of it. Your coordinator helps you pursue the path the physician recommends instead.

Start with a free 15-minute consultation. Call 708-966-9404 or book online, and a named coordinator will reach out within 48 hours. Not sure how to compare programs? Read our guide to choosing a GLP-1 or weight-loss program.
